The DC’s Community Health Fair is committed to provide free and high-quality medical screenings, to promote health and create awareness on healthy living and prevention of heart diseases, and other chronic conditions, and to provide awareness of services that are available to assist DMV’s citizens.  We also empower our participants to assume responsibility for their health by becoming informed and making smart, health-related decisions for the future.

“My husband and I attended the health fair in December of 2017 at the SDM Clinic in New Hyatsville Maryland. We had gone through most of the stations and were on our way out when we saw the line for eye and vision screenings. Thank GOD we did. I was checked by the doctor who noticed a fluid builds up on my left eye; Sure enough! It was an early stage of glaucoma which could lead to my permanent vision loss.
